no matter how old are you, growing old is always a scary thing you think of the age you will become and it scares you and it leaves you in panic because you realize you are at the age where you have not reached the things you thought you would have by that age and now you are depressed

but this could be easily fixed if you just do not give yourself a timeline it might be difficult but it is the way to start living peacefully i am not saying for you to not have any aspirations but limiting your life to a deadline is what throws a lot of people off by 30, i must have a family... by 45, i must have house and cars... by 60, i must have traveled the world but life is unpredictable and sometimes we might not exactly achieve what we wanted at a certain age but this does not mean that life is over you can always get back up, dust yourself off and try to achieve what you want to no matter what the age

He is rich, He got two kids with a beautiful wife, house and cars but still end up depressed even with all the success. He is just 45.

You are very correct, there is nothing in this life. So people should do things that will give them peace of mind and will also makes them happy, in order not to fall into depression, because depression is real. So one should be mindful of what they do or engage themselves into for their own benefits.
Also, its very good not to involve or do things that are not relevant in life, or you want to be like your friends, stop comparing yourselves with other people, for all this will not yield out anything good in life than just misery and all negative vibes. So rather than comparing yourselves, work hard, be positive, do your best and leave the rest for God.
Don't overstressed yourselves for things that don't has an end to it, live your life and enjoy it to the fullest because there is no duplicate.

Sad story, there are some news you were hear it will be like someone should just turn back the hands of time and inform the family of what is about to happen so that something will be done about it instead of just dying like that, I wonder how strong the depression is, to have made him done that after all the things he had because normally is money we conversantly no that it can easily be the cause but on this case this person is already rich with his family. So actually live need to be lived in full because age is real and wait for nobody.

but he did do it himself it was not an accident he chose to end his time on earth earlier than he should have passed 45 is still very young and despite him being successful there could still be more to his life i feel sorry for his family that he left but i also feel sorry for him this shows how material things do not exactly give you happiness and you never know what someone is going through

i also learned that being sad takes away a lot of your time so as much as possible we should avoid dwelling and instead focus on taking action and taking charge of our lives

It helps a lot to have that 'place' where you can just go out and sweat. From my end, I see a lot of successful guys in their 50s to 60s but still running strong and beating out the youngsters.

There is no shortcut to age, we are going look as exactly as our age is, just that some conditions happens whereby you discover some people are getting older than their age and some more younger than their age, this happens occasionally, but we should value our time and the things we do while we are still young, so that when age counts on us, we will not be regretting leaving some things that should have been done undone.

Yeah and seems they got a healthy mind that keeps on making healthy decisions that is why they become very successful even in an older age. Stress is what makes our lives miserable so I agree that having this hobby that relaxes our minds is a must to have especially nowadays.
