Incredible BTC at 100k and still with low fees hehe, especially for me who got to know it in 2017
I remember that the fees increased considerably, which didn't pay off for small amounts, and several exchanges were down

Just today I needed to send BTC and I only paid 2 sat vbyte
It was confirmed in about 2 hours

I think fees may spike again (not to 500 sat/vB, but to 30-50 zone) if we see a huge volatility, specially any strong upward movement such as 110k+ price zone!!
We all know how people like to buy in the ATH zone, so we will see lots of movements. I am ready to this situation, as I have consolidated more than 250 UTXO in the last 3 months

Yeah, not sure about those movements anymore, they didn't happen in the last bull run and with more and more having their coins on exchanges, there is not so much to be moved around anymore. Plus, don't forget, people couldn't care less if the tx is 1sat/b or 100sat/b what it matters is how much that is in $, and every satoshi is now more expensive, 5 times more since the fork wars.
