I agree within reason.. I only sell at times like this when its something like XLM today where the green candles went parabolic and a pullback was very very likely.   I wouldn't be daytrading every scalp like this, cuz eventually you're gonna miss the forest for the trees.

There is no warranty for the cryptocurrency, a price can go up and down anytime. But I believe that the price will continue to rise over time. So, hold the coins and just waiting until the times it comes.

If you are a risk taker then you can proceed to trade your coins. I prefer it this way than to just hold the coins because while trading I may be able to accumulate your coins than to wait for sometime until my coins become valuable but then there are some who will prefer to hold because they don't have time to trade. It is the conservative strategy because it would not make you panic buy or sell.
