No its not a perfect time to sell your assets. Just keep patience for some days. You can do short trade for some days untill  eth up. Select 10 good tokens from market and make short trade from morning to evening. You will be gainer.

If you are already in a huge loss why don't you just hold on to what you have and wait for the market to make a turn, selling what you have now i assume will not help you recoup much as well so it is quite of no point to make a sell order now.

It's already late if you going to sell it today as the price is much lower than your buying price. If you keep holding you lose nothing because your ethereum is still on your wallet. Wait for the better price as I'm optimistic that this will recover soon.
