You should keep them, and wait. Hold is the best way to reduce the loss. Be patient.

It will be depend on you buddy, If you know the details of the project it will help you to decide if you're going to sell it now or just keep holding it. But for me if you know that the alts is only a pump and dump coin or tokens just sell it on some good prices while it's pumping.

Now the price of all the altcoins is very low.so do not sell now. I hope the price of altcoins will increase by the end of this year.So it's good to hold for six months. The higher the profit when the price increases.

DefInitely, current situation is not suitable for selling Alts coin. Market is experiencing bear position, the end is not yet seen as of the moment. Patience is the key here if you want profit from your investment.  I too, have bought some coin during the bull run but until now I've seen no profit of it that's why I'm holding the coin and let them sleep in my wallet.

Yes, actually when altcoins start rising it become an opportunity to regain the lost you had incurred during the bear market peroid.
