When are bounty participants paid for using fiat?

It would just ruin the whole idea of bounty and turn it into a regular job. The best thing in bounties is that you can support the project that you really like and get thier tokens without investement. If you don't think that these coins would be worth a lot, then why do you participate in their bounty? You'd better find some real job paid in fiat, that way you can work for a company even if you don't believe in it, but just want to earn. But bounties are different.

Hi maybe this is a stupid question but this is for future bounty hunter. Last month I participated in a bounty that gave 200 eth allocations but I experienced a bad thing when selling token from the bounty. their project reaches 75% of the available tokens. I work for 10 weeks and just get a token with a value of $ 8. is that fair? why do not they pay using eth or fiat? If I think they easily buy ethereum for a gift because the price of ethereum in the last month was $ 460.

Well, I think it's unfair if they did not give you what you're supposed to receive as stated in their rules. For the campaign duration of 10 weeks, you would be getting thousands of dollars I guess. A friend of mine got more than $16,000 (token equivalent) in a 3 months campaign period from the signature, facebook, and twitter campaigns. So, you should receive more!

Earning 8$ from a bounty program that lasted for 10 weeks is not fair. Which campaign did you participated? Am sure the participants were many

as a bounty hunter , i got disappointed from some project

some lie and decrease the bounty after they achieved their found 

some pay only 20% of bounty

even the bounty managed by agency

the rights of bounty hunters not exist

i suggest to build community for bounty hunters to save their rights

What do you mean about commmunty for bounty hunters ? save their rights of course but there is one actualy ?

Hello Ownivmen.
Many project owner doesn't want to lose their fiat money, or their top-coin asset such as : btc or eth, to pay bounty (airdrop and bounty hunters).
Mostly just want to pay use token that they already generated for free.

There are very few project that want to pay us using eth, btc, or fiat $$$

It is very unfortunate to receive such measly $8 for 10 weeks of work. It looks unfair given that they reached 75% of their hardcap but they have already set 200 ETH as the bounty pool, which I think is really low, and you still participated.

I never seen a bounty program paying participants with fiat. If any bounties want to pay the participants in USD, I am sure many people interested in the bounty. I think a project don't want to pay in fiat because it is too risky for the fund budget. Most of projects plan to share their tokens for ecosystem or participants to spread the token allocation. They can deal with two purposes in one way, paying participant in their tokens means no need fiat and spreading out token with big amount.
