Obviously, Bitcoin can not hit $50000 in 2018. If you check through January till date, Bitcoin has been struggling to even hit 9000$ and this has made it impossible for anyone to really get a good predictions this year (2018). I think Bitcoin may hit 50000$ in the future but not in 2018.

it doesn't seem like it. If you were writing this when the btc price was 20k I would think that it is possible, however right now that we have btc at 7k prices, that means that btc has to x8 to reach that price.

To day just about 6k $, it look like difficult to 50$ but maybe it can achieve. My prediction about 15k $ in this year. Because many coin come to market, many coin are very good for investment, it make alternative investment.
