waiting for the rise of all altcoins

Everybody waiting for market rising because market now in dumping and all investors fear to invest in crypto market. So holding and waiting is the main action.

This could mean that money are in the market but managed by big whales that have collected many coins during the bear market.

It may not happen in the near future but I believe it will happen. Actually the rise often happened but it is not the rise with significant move. Regarding to not all coins will rise, in bullrun, most of coins can rise and improving their values quickly.

In my opinion the coins that will not return at the price when we buy are better to dump, only, but if the coins we hold have the potential to rise again, then we better hold first, the coins we have dumped are better traded again at the lowest number, so we will be able to trade again.

I'm pretty sure altcoins will rise again but that would be the altcoins with real value. Mostly altcoins in the top 100 will rise because of popularity and support of their community.Others on the top 20 will be back up because they are pioneer and gain more trust already.
