I don't know if it is just me but have you noticed similar comments of participants in various signature campaigns?
I did not really mind those I read as similar comments until someone copied mine 

I understand that people will have the same or similar opinions from time to time but to copy and paste other people's comment is just lazy. I believe we should be striving for quality comments here.


Will that be enough ground to "punish"?

Of course, if you saw that someone copied your message and put it in as your own, even if he edited it a little, it will be the basis for his punishment. Your rank allows you to do this.

I have never received a similar comment, and maybe if similar comments have become commonplace because we know that in one question there are almost a lot of almost similar answers to answer.

copying and pasting a post is cheating, if I see it, of course I would rather give a punishment than let it. because if left unchecked, he will do it continuously because he feels his actions are right and safe, even though that is a violation.

Probably they copied because they cannot comprehend some issues. Less idea can lead into this form of cheating. I hope that those people will remain in local section to have much better discussion with their own language. Then if they can discuss with us, just have fun with better flow if discussion than before.
