Bear in mind that not at all times ICO is the best choice in fact buying the coins in exchange sometimes is more appropriate than during ICO.

The current market situation is not good to ico investments because at the bearish situation many icos are stuck thus which one is the best ico can't predict accurately so good decision is hold your ethereums.

better hold your ETH but if you want to buy some coin choose coin that already hit the exchange

I guess you really want to invest in ICOs even though most of them are scam/fraud projects. I suggest that you(yourself) must always do your due diligence in picking the right one as you are only responsible for your investments/losses.

I don't think now is a good time for any ICO, cause all of the ICO are delaying their roadmap because of the flooding market. If you want to participate in ICO, then wait for next year and join the STO, it's more secure for investor than tradition ICO

The only advise I will give is that buy ICO that you have their full understanding and also be ready to invest for a long term, that's the only way you should invest in an ICO.

Buying ICO now is not that lucrative any more as the bear market has taken away the glory of ICO and that might return when the bull is finally here again, so to trade the ETH for other alts or sell and buy is even more better than buying ICO now.

My opinion this is not a good situation to invest icos because lotof icos projects are struggling by the bad market situation as well many icos are postponed until market recover so just hold your ethereums that is a good decision.

I think just wait for some days for market pump. All are in frustration at present market so that maximum ICO going do fail and investors did not get their invests. So first watch the market condition and after that you should invest.
