WHY 99% OF ICO IS SCAM?

Many projects that go to the ICO do not carry any serious idea that could really be realized. Developers just want to quickly collect the right amount of money and pretend that they are developing something or working on something. Very few bona fide and worthy of attention projects.

They choose a right time to trap people because the popularity of cryptocurency is rising. Then, the scammers become greedy and try to trap people with other ways. That makes many new scam ICOs.

I don't agree with you mate. Yes there are many scam ICO but not 99% . You can say 20%-25% but 99% isn't possible. That's why you have to read whitepaper , roadmap and see the Linkedin profile of the project manager to make sure that the ICO is scam or not.

Saying 99 percent of ICO is a scam is not already proven . There are a lot of competitors coming in and one factor why some legit ICO's didn't success is because of people are a little bit confused where to invest or should I say there is not enough law in entering in ICO so tha'ts why scammers and legit ICO's became competitors . If maybe there is a law in running ICO's there will be less ICO and we can avoid to scam ICO's..

I think its not 99% many bounty hunters get paid and their token get pump so its not 99

many things that cause the project to become a scam or fail, I'm here saying failure and scam are the same.
project failed or scam because 2 things from the project were not fulfilled, such as cryptoekonomic, utility and security.
for example, security, the point is the security of the project, is the project proven safe or not?

I don't agree on your thoughts that 99% of ICO are scam. There are still lot of project that succeed in 2018. Pls bear in mind, that most of the project are legit but was failed to raise enough funds to continue.

maybe because there are so many who make ICOs but team yes is not very supportive and can be because the projects they develop are not very useful and don't have very high demand.

before we join the ICO we have to research and understand it first because choosing ICO is not as easy as we imagined, nowadays many ICOs are scams and many are good ICOs

It is true that there are now many ICOs that are Scam. But I doubt it's up to 99%. if 99% this means all ICOs are Scams. I think there are still many good ICOs, it's just that we have to be good at choosing them.

Looks like majority from the replies do not agree with your 99% figure and you cannot even provide any data where you got it from. Let's not invent numbers here please.
