i think it is now safe to buy ethereum , as the ethereum price as of now is quite  low and you must buy more ethereum before it will rise again.

I am still holding ethereum even when the market is not so good. I think it will rise again but it needs more time to do so. Just be patient because I think these coins are the better ones and maybe it will be used more in the future. Just be extra careful with losing money to investments in cryptocurrency.  If it is not so needed at the moment then maybe you can use it for cryptocurrency investments. If needed then don't ever use it to invest because the market is really unpredictable.
