If I am not mistaken, the lowest Bitcoin price is around 5800 USD and all of them can be checked at Coinmarektcap.
But for the price increase of bitcoin it is very difficult to predict, including for the end of this year, whether the price goes up or down.

For people like me that buy bitcoin when the price of it is very high it's better to hold right now, because the price of bitcoin now is very low if I sell it right now I will not gain any profit and my investment will lose too.
