I think  It is the ggod time to buy NEO,  because NEO price is low today.  Buy NEO and hold.  If You have already  NEO,  dont sell today.  Hold and wait.  Because O always  believe  NEO will rise and more valuable  at this year.  Maybe at August.  I think.
