Is holding a bad idea now?

Theoritically, holding should be the best idea now especially because the prices are down now but a practical question to ask and answer is that, will the market ever recover? If yes, Is the coin you are holding a good coin? If at the end, Your answers are Yes, then its nice for you yo hold your coin

If you prefer long term investment, I think HOLD is good idea. But I personally prefer day trading, I dont like hold.

I think it depends on the coins you're holding cause there are coins at first the price is high and after few days the price goes down better to sell the coin if you think the coin doesn't have a potential to grow and hold for the coin that had a potential.
