What motivates you to HODL?

what makes me want to hold is because my assets have been reduced by> 50%. then I don't want to lose so much. therefore I prefer to add rather than reduce coins. so I rarely sell if it's make lose

Honestly, I have great hopes for this Cryptocurrency. And I am very confident that the price of the coin will go up, and I will get a lot of money if I can be patient to hold back the coins that I have.

Frankly speaking, the motivation that I use to hold coins is that I'm sure the coins I have with prices will be very high someday. And I think I will lose if I sell coins at cheap prices, even though I get coins in an easy way or at a cheap price.

It's best before we sell the coins we have, we should do research on the coins we have. Is there a good potential that the coins we have in prices will rise or not. If it is potentially good, holding the coin is better than selling at a low price. But the problem now is, researching the coin is not easy.

I used to take part in the NEO bounty, and sold it when the price was 1 USD, and when a few weeks later, the price went up per coin to 200 USD, and after that incident I wouldn't sell my assets again.

This happens all the time. I sold bitcoin high, around 19000, because I needed the money. Sometimes it is good to sell, to get a profit. I think partial trades are better. Sell a part of your investment. If it goes higher, you sell the rest, for more profit, if lower, buy the same amount of coins and keep the profit.

Holding is good strategy to Long-term investments because cryptomarket Volatility is unpredictable thus cryptocurrency price is suddenly up and down so if do hold best Coins definitely will get high profits . Buy low price and sell in high price but we should more patience.
