I think you have to buy coin from several ICO that have been completed and just list their coin on the market. Because the first time a coin is listed on the market, there will be lots of bounty hunter selling quickly below the ICO price. And after that you can hold it for a while after that when the price start rising you resell.
But you have to see before buying coin from ICO you have to see the experience of their team in the crypto field and see how much the total coin supply is.
