I will choose number 2 from the OP discussion for this thread because doing so can know the price of aaltcoins in various markets.
I always follow crypto experts in the telegram channel, because telegram is very fast for notifications.

Yes, 2017 is the best year for crypto investment. There was a lot of coins growing very well in that year. Many projects became successful and developed good coins/tokens. While in 2018, crypto market went down and many ICO projects ended with scams and failed issues. Anyway, we still cannot conclude about crypto investment in 2019, let this year reaches the last month.
