Maybe because many people believe in ethereum technology they are predict ethereum over take bitcoin nowadays lots of projects are running ethereum smart contract technology so in future it's demand will increase again but my opinion ethereum price depends to BTC price.

Ethereum is not really a threat to bitcoin. I believe that ethereum has its own path and bitcoin is different. Although they have almost the same in terms of used but I think bitcoin is really big enoughf and I also believe that no other coin can surpass bitcoin. We can used both coin so there's no need to worry about.

Yes I agree on that ethereum is different from bitcoin and thier value is really far from each other bitcoin has a big value or price while ethereum is quit small with regards to each price. So the I believe that bitcoin is still the king and ethereum cannot really surpass it.

For me Ethereum is a good coin. And for me Ethereum for me does threaten Bitcoin. Because not a few Bitcoin users are moving to Ethereum, and that is indeed happening now. I don't think ether is more of a threat to bitcoin than crude oil is to gold.  Both are valuable resources and probably will have it's own price based on demand.  Ether is valuable for ICO, but bitcoin is original, and many people like it for store of wealth.
