You're right we will see bearish until 2024 and after bitcoin halving 2024 we will see bullish.
I believe litecoin will recover again.
We know litecoin is very potential coin and hsbbig community.
I still hold LTC and will hold until 2025.

With an uptrend, Litecoin should definitely recover, but we probably won't see the price anymore, only if the market starts to grow well. The project itself has not been updating itself for a long time and is not working on improvement.
