For now, yes it is. Most of the projects are looking for Ethereum projects. This is related to so many reasons, but eventually, they are all related to tech.
On the other hand, there are some new ICO king to be's coming up, like Wanchain.

I guess it is one of ethereum advantage from other altcoins there. It is use by a lot of ICO due to erc-20 characteristic that can store and save tokens in it in a safe and sound system if the owner of the wallet is aware.

Totally agree. Because Ethereum is indeed the king of ICO. Because almost all tokens in the ICO project are chosen by Ethereum and almost 100% of them choose Ethereum. Therefore I strongly agree that Ethereum is called the king of ICO and also the best coin in Altcoin to date.
