A big part of trading is on our psychology and not the skill although skill is something that we need also but not weight as much as psychology so dwelling on the past will only affect you from moving on.

Certainly moving a head is a good thing to do. Yet we must put history as a lesson to learn about mistakes we have made so that whenever things are back again we would know how to handle it. A great importance on analyzing mistakes why such loss had happen would be so necessary. I for one have not realize much on this until I did lose on my investments. I think we really need to evaluate things before making inappropriate and unplanned actions. I agree with you about the opportunity to crypto, because there are many ways to increase income through crypto.and this is where we don't think too much about getting a profit, maybe the future will benefit many times
