You're right some countries now adopt already blockchain technology or bitcoin tech. The mass adiption were seems quite happen back to December 2017 where as bitcoin hit $20,000, but now its dropped again because some people still hesitate the potential bitcoin, so many investors dump their bitcoin funds.
