Depends on the bounty hunter. Some of them are holders and some are dumpers. But mostly they are holders. Bounty is giving us free money that we can sell it or hold.

Well it is but not always. Unless the the project you joined becomes successful you will never see the worth of the token you hold.
Also if the project turns out to  be scam then you'v just wasted your energy and time. But some bounties do really pay.
