HOLD or trading ??

when the crypto market is red it would be better if we hold the coin for a long time until the price rises again. selling it when the crypto market is red is wrong because we will get a big loss. we must believe that the crypto market will recover and all that takes time.

Holding is good and trading is good but the only issue is that trading needs some level of expertise before you can succeed in it.

Yes it is true, trading need experince to get profit. for now I vote hold coin and then sell it when it was already rising.

In january of 2018 market also was red, btc cost was 17k, market was red, but if you would sold coins then right now you could make x3. So maybe bitcoin in next months drops to 2k and today price will only be i our dreams.

The best choice is holding all coins & tokens with potential future till the market rising. I don't suggest you to sell coins & tokens when the market is still red. As we know that crypto market will rise after decreasing. So, don't worry to hold when crypto is falling down. Day trading is only fit with experienced traders. If you are not really sure to do that, just continue holding.

I think Hold is the best choice at the moment. Because most of the coin are going down and this is the perfect time to buy coin and hold it. Every coin are going down now.
