Yeah I also saw this one. 8.5M tokens was really a good bounty pool. The cut was just too much but they are still allowed to do that since it was part of the rules unfortunately.

Sometimes i look at the percentage of the community but i guess sometimes it doesn't matter, observed he project if the dev is active or the team if they're working very hard to their project.
