I don't think that trading now is very good idea as the market is not in the best condition now.

I think Invest in ICO is good way to get alot benefits but too many ICOs are scam. I prefer do trading. It is more profitable and I enjoy it.

I think You can  invest in ethereum for long term and do day trading with EOS. But I see trading is better than invest now.
