From my point of understanding trading is more like a job where you need to monitor and make changes subsequently but for investing is more like a set and forget thing. So what i think is that both of them is different in the allocation of your time.

Because trading is time consuming .
Investing on the other hand is not time consuming .

If we consider the fundamental analysis and integrated approach to investment-I would not say that it takes little time.Cryptocurrency is a relatively new digital asset with a short history and many unknown, and therefore it is very difficult to predict its growth in the near future,plus the lack of regulation and pressure on it from the authorities make themselves felt.

By seeing the market condition  now,  I think trading is the best way to get profit.  Because I see the market  is unstable

Trading nor investment depends on your concern situation. Also both are profitable and risky. Take time to decide don't rush your time in uncleared visions.

I prefer to daily trading and I invest in long term period. Daily trading is more profitable and risky also but long term investments is more profitable than daily trading but time consuming.

for me both are good. because I understand trading and investment. so there was no problem for me in both of them. but if you don't understand trading or investment, I suggest learning first.

I agree, the first point is about understanding. If we don't understand about them, we cannot work on them. But If we know well both of them, it is also no problem when you want to choose both.
