7-8 hours is a really long time to work on cryptocurrency and surely you also trade Bitcoin on several exchanges.
Because by monitoring the price of Bitcoin and altcoins it is not enough for about 1 hour.

Yes in im also experiencing that sometimes and im luck of sleep and im experiencing backache due to long setting position thats why im trying too correct it as possible.

hmm. Crypto is a time - consuming process. As for me, I don't spend much time on crypto daily. I've known from the start crypto is going to be a long-term investment for me.  So, I hodl some MGO, CAT, MTK and other tokens. I know it will bring some satoshi in the future. So I'm holding
