Maybe in the past Bitcoin Cash was a hardfork of Bitcoin and had a better system, stable and cheap transaction fees. BCH was proposed with more advantages over BTC, especially in terms of speed by increasing block size. Technologically, it is better and more efficient than BTC, but in terms of the economic model, it could threaten the profits of miners and make the ecosystem less sustainable in the future. That is why the community has continued to accept slow BTC instead of faster BCH.

As far as I know, Bitcoin Cash is a Hardfork of Bitcoin core, but OP questions whether Bitcoin Cash will be the top, beating Bitcoin core.
I think OP deliberately provoked this discussion to be more interesting because maybe when Bitcoin Cash was first launched, the price was almost the same as Bitcoin core. But the fact is that now Bitcoin Cash is very far away in price and has been thrown into a ranking below the top 10 Coinmarketcap.

In the fork wars bch didn't stand a chance against btc. Investors swapped bch to btc when it got forked so ppl don't need bch. It's going to grow but can't touch btc.
