Yes, you a are correct, bounties are part and parcel of ICOs development and without bounties, ICOs can hardly make a reasonable imparts to the general public, and to the success of the project.

In my opinion, I think bounty campaigns are really helpful to the icos because it helps them spread the word about their new projects and helps for the people to be aware about these projects. By way of spreading it through social media or signature campaigns in which possible investors will likely be interested.

It is expected to attract investors from the bounty participants' friendship network. Bounty campaigns are useful in terms of hyping the project and showing the force of an ICO with the amount of
participant who has participated in the campaign. Some investors look for this kind of paradigm in an ICO to be

Well maybe some bounty hunters helps but Many bounty hunters only want money and do not believe in the projects they advertise. I think that projects would be more useful, but costly types of marketing.

I read where a commentor said that "icos do not need bounty hunters , because hunters do not generally believe in the projects they advertise".
Now, I want to say that the above statement does not sound logical.

Bounty hunters are like advertising companies.
They do not need to believe in a project before their advertisement would be  effective.
They are just doing their part of the bargain, which is doing their tax and get paid for it.

And yes, hunters are integral part of ico projects.
