We all can't be holding and some need to hold but trading the coin gives the coin volume to be able to grow and the market will mush attractive to more investors but no how some still have to hold and they gain with market trend.

I don't trading now. I know it's bad if I do it because the market has dropped. I will wait until the market recovers or analyzes before buying.

If we do HODL, how long do we have to just hold. The only  thing happens is the price keep going down.

indeed it is true that HODL will not be profitable for now, but it does not close the possibility that prices will rise again and will not be like this. The way to do this now is not to sell existing coins or tokens and spend capital for short-term trading
