Yes, in my opinion in December 2018 there is no bull run, the market continues to dive deeper every day, maybe the bull will run next year. I believe a bull run will happen, but it's very difficult to predict.

The anticipation for a bull market this December was too much and seems to be a contributing factor for the continuous drop in market price each day of this month. Perhaps because some investors have not seen any sign of bull market this month as they anticipated, they prefer to withdraw irrespective of the loss incurred in order to gather some money for the holiday.

Don't  conclude  yet ,  because  December   is   not   over   yet,  bull  run   can  come  at  any  time  it  may  be  before  the  year  runs  out.

No bull run is not the major problem to talk about if we are not one time big time investors. Bull run will happen in its proper time that could shock the whole crypto community to the possible new all time high record. While there is night, days will come.

The market situation is getting lower, many crypto investors are panicking and immediately sell the crypto assets they hold. This is the year where all the coins fell and bullrun is still far from December. In 2019 it is still a long time, we can trade and find ways to get more coins this year
