In my country there are a lot of ICOs being held and all of them are themed on Bitcoin.
Whereas Gold does not have ICO, even gold tends to be like it used to be when it was discovered around 1000 years ago. LOL

Bans don't work, in my opinion, people just found a way to circumvent them. It happened in China and it happened in India, of course it would happen in African countries too.
