I don't think that it looks poor at all because of the market situation, bearish markets are normal in this kind of
industry and it does not reflect the growth of cryptocurrencies. The technologies and innovations of ICO's this
2019 are more awesome and useful and the technology keeps on growing if you look at the brighter side of it.

In my opinion, you still can  find good investment ICO projects. For example, decentralized exchanges, STO (Security Token Offering) and stable coins.

we all know the it was as a result of nemerous scans involved in ICO. Projects been unable to reach soft and hardcap which leads to cash returns or even the disappearance of project owners. we have seen so many projects disappear with people fund. currently people are considering IEO AS AN alternative.

For me, ICO will never go out of fashion especially in the cryptourrency world. Because it is the classic way of crowdfunding and getting people to earn money as well for bounty hunters. However, I think it will innovate and revolutionize because there could be regulators for ICOs in the coming years but it will be successful enough that decentralized ICOs will take place after careful valuations.

Yes, it is difficult to find trusted ICOs nowadays. It makes investors consider and move to IEOs. Since there are many top exchanges provide IEOs, people prefer to participate in IEOs than ICOs.
