Does ICO need regulation?

We need some changes in ICO, at least it can reduce many bad cases for scam projects and increase the interest of investors to put their money in ICO coins anymore.

Well for me I think yes. I have heard so much about fake ICOs and they are just destroying the real value of having to use cryptocurrency for a good purpose. FUD could have been started by these fake ones because people will fear that there investments will just go to nothing but loses.

I agree with regulation for ICOs. I am afraid investors will leave ICOs if there are no changes in ICOs. There are a lot of scam projects, failed projects, or fake team cases. I think it will be regulated soon to have a better ICO future.

ICO regulation will increase transparency in the product and save investors from losses. In last month, scam ICO has been seen in which investors have suffered losses.

I sure do agree that ICOS needs to be regulated because if they aren't, the one or two investors still hanging around are not going to want to continue investing in ICOS due to the high rate of scams. If they are regulated, this will give room for the genuine ones to be seen and invested in.

Yes. Ico projects needs to be regulated as soon as possible to prevent it from "going into extinction".
There are proferation of icos , and most of them are solving similar blockchain challenges.

Some icos are just out to scam unsuspecting investors.
There is the need for the creation of a regulatory body.

No regulations the market was already broken down long ago. Regulation doesn't mean to regulate the whole crypto processes but just to maintain things in order accordingly. It helps to make crypto place beautified.

This question has been asked many times by many people and my answer remains the same.  Although this was not the initial plan of cryptocurrency but there has been alot of bad things happening in the crypto world where scammers and useless projects come up. Regulation can cramp them down since the crypto universe can't do something about that

Yes i am also agree with you. Everything must be a rules and regulations that ICO also should have a rules that if anybody want to serve an ICO he must have to follow that. Maximum times we see problematic ICOs that does scam and i think for market falling down   that may be reason. So there should be a regulatory board who control ICOs rules.

A very good idea if the bounty has regulations that govern it. Because it will reduce the existence of a bounty that is scam and does not pay according to existing provisions. So that bounty hunters can be protected from fraudulent practices by those who make bounties.
