Every coin or project I choose to join has its own capabilities. Based on my personal research, I choose to hold each coin for a certain period of time based on the capabilities of that coin or project. Once that time period or goal price is reached, I exchange that coin for a more promising one or reinvest.

im chosing to hold because of the price difference from the date I brought the coin till now. If the price is very big to loss then I will hold and wait for a long time. the answer is very clear because we don't want to take a loss.
so we will not sell coins that we have below the price we bought, that mean we just HOLD.
and for the problem when the market will improve is 2021 if my analysis is correct.
so I will decide to save it for at least the next 2 years.
that why we HOLD until market normal.
