Central Bank of India has authorized cryptocurrency and UN announces its intention to adopt IOTA and XRP into its operations. These news shows that bull market can happen this year. This is the time to buy.

If you are trader then the direction of market hardly matters. As you can still earn through Options trading or by shorting your bets.Even in 2018 there are several traders who booked profit. Also, Trading is a zero sum game where the total profit made by the winning trade is equal to the loss made by losing bets.
