Your opinion might be correct but we also cannot deny the fact that market might just make a deeper drop with a more powerful bear and not the arrival of the bull.

In my opinion,  High volatile in crypto currency is normal. I think  the bulls are  not starting real soon. It is just small pump.

I don't agree with you that stock crashing will bull the market or any ETF will bull it also has they are just a reason for people like you to fomo and the whales use that to take advantage of the noobs and dump on them , and don't be surprise that that etf you talking about can be push to 2020-2021 when I believe to have real time for bull and will be another excuse for bull , the bear and bull are two side which has their time and now we have bear and bull will also come but not now.
