I have seen USDT overtake ripple, the ripple rank is number fourth now. Ripple is potential coin, So It is possible to overtake USDT and Ethereum at the coming future. But ethereum is still superior, It will be bounce back again.

I doubt abou that, Ripple will remain higher than ethereum. Because I see ripple is struggling now. I have changed my coin to daily trading now. I have used ripple at the past year, But Now I prefer used litecoin and Monero.

I see this is happening 2-3 time when Ripple overtake Etherium for some day's or hour's on coinmarketcap . But this is temporarily becuase Etherium have alot of big invester who continue work to improve Etherium in every conditions .

I think that is unlikely to happen because currently ETHEREUM is becoming more strong than ripple so still ethereum market capitalization is significantly increasing today ethereum market capitalization is $35 billion ripple market capitalization is $9.6 billion there is huge difference between the both coins.

USDT also has potential to compete with ripple and ethereum. Ethereum is bigger community, But  many investors also predicted the ripple and USDT will show their performance at the Crypto market.
Ripple will overtake ethereum soon, I believe It will happen at early the next year, maybe at January next year.

Right now will be hard for Xrp to pass the ethereum,is a difference of almost of 28 B on marketcap and probablily will grow up when the eth 2.0 is finish ,this upgrade will alow to make Staking and this will be a boost for eth price .Xrp are very good on marketing but is not enough.
