A small bull may be naming of a big move [increase] temporarily. Actually, we don't really know whether it is natural or caused by whales. As massive pump and dump on crypto market, it is possibly caused by whales.

I don't see yet there is a bull time so far. All rises that happen in the market seem just a pump only. Whales take advantages with dump and pump during bear market. Actually, I hate them that get big profits while others are in sad condition.
