We cannot predict the length of this phase, but I think already, smart investors are buying slowly, to keep the market calm, and buy with low prices.

I'm optimistic too. I think this year and 2020, will be very good years for cryptocurrency. I don't know about 2021, but we will see a bull run, with a new All Time High.
