I wait for more than 4 dollars too. There are many new agreements, with companies, but the price stays there. This happens, because, for most cryptocurrency enthusiast, it is a centralized coin. I wait for a spike rise, because, many people, outside the cryptocurrency community, will start using Ripple's services.
