its not the way i look at it. FOCUS means for me is having a keen eye for the.market movement. If you give so much time to crypto resulting in health problem. That is called addiction! We should not be.confuse by the word focus and addiction because if you Loss your focus to your investment surely you will loss your money.. Addiction is always a negative side its an excessive attention to something that would result to a problem..

I suggest, take it easy and balance everything with your time but do not loss or give less priority with your money. As long as we live we need money to keep us going in this.world. we find a.job to earn money.. We build our businesses for the.money so it's really important to give focus on it.
