ICO is not Dead But it was slowly recovering!

I really agree with you. I think that ICO is still alive, this is not dead, it is only bearing in the wrong time. however doesn't mean dead. It still has the good chance in the future. Just need more times to grow up and show the profits and benefits of the ICO. There are still many legit ICO that can be followed.

ICO are not dead if its a good project the team can raise money,for example Hara project reach the hardcape on the public sale in 30 hours,raising in public round around 2.8K ETH.

Yes,  I dont believe crypto is dead.  Because In my opinion cryptocurrencies are the future currency.  They will be recover again.

There were many scam ICO's in the past, and all investor, are careful. The developers for ICO projects, are postponing the project creation because, of the low interest in the cryptocurrency markets. When this change, we will see, a boom in the ICO's offered.

There is no assurance that scam ICOs will not appear. There is also no certainty that whose who postponed will resume their ICO, what if the bear market continues?

ICO's growth is currently slowing along with the downturn in cryptocurrency prices until the end of last year. There are still some who survive and delay or increase the sales process due to purchases that have not yet reached the target. Hopefully, next month and beyond, the ICO project will be able to get back up and get success.

The ICO we had in 2017 is dying and even if it is not we should kill it, the number of scam and fake shady projects was huge and the decline we are seeing now is because investors became more aware of the situation or their money is already trapped in fake or weak project that they can't get out from it, I think what we are having now is some sort of filtering which is a great thing when fake scammy or bad project can't raise money they will stop trying to make an ICO which will be a very good thing for Crypto in the long run.

Yes I agree bro,  IVO is not dead But It was slowly recover.  I believe It will rise again,  cause of It just affected by too many scams.

If you want to kill the ICO then forget about Bounties and you will never wear that signature again as you wish! ICO is not bad if its will regulated and I think those countries that ICO's was originate must inforce a stricter rules againts ICO before it has launch the crowdfunding event. and not necessarily kill the ICO's Because of the recents scamming Activities related or involve on ICO's its not the solution.

Well, truly ICo is not dead but I'm not seeing any recovery on it yet. Probably because the market is still down, there's really not much difference between late last year and now. Scam ICo's became too much which affected the ICO market, we just hope for quick recovery soon.

Yes it is true,  I see crypto  is recovering slowly.  Maybe It just market correction.. The price of crypto  will rise again.
