4000 USD is still far from expectations because this is a good hope for rising prices.

Bitcoin is staying over $10k now and it is far difference from this post was made. I still believe that Bitcoin should at least stay over $15k in 2020 as we have seen Bitcoin touched $20k in the last of 2017. So we can wait and observe whether this situation will occur or not but we can be hopeful about this.

Things might happen again and it is Possible to go beyond the old all time high record. The drastic fall could be the sign of rapid pump. The problem is we don't know when the history happen again in much better way.

Of course halving factors that help bitcoin prices go up. In addition to increased investor interest in 2020 and bitcoin prices in 2019 which drop making people interested in buying at lower prices.
