I agree with the decision that Usyk deserves the decision he connected more, he is the more aggressive one, I lost a bet to my cousin but its nothing compared to the excitement of the fight, I read that they will run this again come October, so we'll see.

I was also puzzled on why the referee interfered in that round, i thought he interferes to stop the fight and award Usyk the TKO by it seems the he saved Fury from being knockout, that's the first i saw that scenario in pro boxing but Usyk have won the fight and it is now for Fury to activate the rematch clause.

The count was quite long. It's been a long time since I saw a standing 8 count. I thought all the boxing organizations had adopted the no-standing 8-count rule. The referee needs an explanation for this. It should have been a stoppage.

If the fight ended in a draw or Fury won, the referee's action would be very controversial. I read there is a rematch clause since the fight is close. They will have to do it again, probably before the end of this year.

Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act

This bill establishes a regulatory framework for digital assets.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) must regulate a digital asset as a commodity if the blockchain, or digital ledger, on which it runs is functional and decentralized. The bill classifies a blockchain as decentralized if, among other requirements, no person has unilateral authority to control the blockchain or its usage, and no issuer or affiliated person has control of 20% or more of the digital asset or the voting power of the digital asset. In addition, the bill provides the CFTC with exclusive regulatory authority over cash or spot markets for digital commodities.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) must regulate a digital asset as a security if its associated blockchain is functional but not decentralized. However, the bill establishes certain exceptions to SEC regulation for digital assets that limit annual sales, restrict nonaccredited investor access, and satisfy disclosure and compliance requirements. The bill also sets forth requirements for primary and secondary market transactions.

The CFTC and SEC must jointly issue rules to define terms and exempt dually registered exchanges from duplicative rules.

The bill excludes permitted stablecoins from CFTC and SEC regulation, except regarding anti-fraud authority and specified transactions on registered entities.

So two regulatory bodies are tasks to work on this and it depends on the type of blockchain. It doesn't look like there's going to be much of a problem passing this bill unless the CFTC and the SEC opposes and they have enough Senators that supports them.

Верно, сейчас без минимально требуемого набора подключенных юзером мер безопасности СЕХ-биржа просто не даст юзеру ничего сделать на платформе. И еще настоятельно порекомендует использовать дополнительные, а лучше подключить вообще все из перечня. )) Это, конечно, значительно добавляет телодвижений при входе на биржу и особенно при выводе средств, но оно того стоит.

Я бы еще посоветовал включить функцию антифишинг при отправке уведомлений на ваш емейл - любое письмо от биржи будет содержать некий антифишинговый код, который вы прописали в настройках биржи. Соответственно, письма без этого кода - это 100% фишинг, как бы достоверно не выглядело письмо.

Уже где-то видел пост такой мыслью: любого, кто занимает высокую должность в каком-либо крипто проекте, либо кто разработчик чего-то связанного с криптой, либо влиятельная и известная персона в сфере криптовалюты - посадят (либо он поимеет какие-то серьезные проблемы с законом). Куда не посмотришь - штраф/суд/срок/арест. И на этом фоне вспоминаются мечты о массовой адаптации крипты.

So I read that it's basically fattening a pig before slaughtering them. That's a long build up and I can see why some people would fall victim to this scheme.

I also didn't know there's a term for that but we have a similar saying in our local language 'pinapataba muna bago katayin'.

Я бы назвал это не закат подписных, а закатом продолжительных подписных. Просто какой смысл рекламировать один продукт годами? За 4.5 года подпись BestChange наверно увидел и не раз уже каждый пользователь форума. Новый пользователей не так много, да и длительное прибывание BestChange на форуме должно поспособствовать выдаче по поиску.

Давайте проведем аналогию с иными рекламными кампаниями. Где мы часто рекламу видим? На ТВ скорее всего. Реклама себя не изжила, но рекламируемые продукты постоянно в ротации. Мы ведь больше не видим рекламы больного горла и замораживающего дыхания Mynthon, но реклама аналогичного продукты все равно есть (например Strepsils).
