Yes, only senior members rank and above can award karma, and I believe the reason admin did not make it general for everyone to give out karma is because they do not want people to abuse it, and being a senior member ensures that everyone knows you have mastered the forum. Though I also appreciate if everyone has the right to provide karma because there are some quality posts for which I used to wish to give karma.

Being active in the forum doesn't earn you any karma it is only your positive contribution that can earn you karma.

Salamat kabayan sa info... tennis kasi ang pinaka exercise ko at iyon ay early in the morning... napaka-init kasi kapag kapag tanghali na, sa hapon naman ang daming maglalaro.

ohhh, walang indoor court dyan sa inyo?  sa UP tennis court ganyan din ang set up kaya buti nalang may kakilala ako sa office so naisisingit ako ng oras sa Umaga at least before 10am and sa hapon naman 5pm and above kami naglalaro , though meron kasing indoor court pero tuwing weekdays lang maluwang pag weekends kasi sobrang full talagang schedule.

Honestly? In my mind as long as there is interest + demand for it = there is a price. Only something of the two (I listed above) disappears = we see a decline + disinterest among users. This has always been the case and will be the case with any cryptocurrency.
