I think if they offer an expensive ICO price than the ICO's supply will be lower.It will always be balanced and with the status now after being listed in exchange,the price is always lower than the ICO price.because investors and bounty hunters will sell all of them.

I think right now the price of ICO tokens are rather cheap but the problem is investors seem to be doubt investing because of market condition. So, ICOs are difficult to reach their minimum goals in token sale, softcap.

Here is something I have observed as regard ICOs raising funds and why many are trading at below ICO price soon after listing on exchanges. The reason could well be the fact that project teams are making ICO tokens too expensive, almost at same level with what we had at the bullish market.Meanwhile,the market is now 25% of its usually market.
Project teams implement better funds management strategies, avoid wastages and unnecessary  expense and thus have a cheaper ICO, I personally believe that they can reduce their expense by at least 50 percent and thus ask for less, cheaper tokens as such, that way, investors will be better make returns on their investments.

Yes,  I think ICO is too expensive. But It is more profitable. If You want to get alot benefits,  You should invested in ICO.

ICO today is not actually expensive its just that the price of bitcoin and ETH is dumped meaning the lower price of these coins the higher target of some ICOs want to reach.They are raising their target because the price is not good today.Its a good thing because if that investment come along and the prices rises up.Your money will be double up.

Your points also has weight. But I feel its a matter of time market is not good that's why we see when a coin listed on exchange it sells below ICO price. Last year story was different when market was rising we see coin rises after listing so I would say its all depends on the current market conditions as well even we can say some investors bought coins in presale with good bonus sometime they also sell immediately after listing this can also be one of the reason coin value reduced from the ICO price.

I think ICO price is cheaper now,  bacause I see many investor dobut to invest in ICO because market consition is u predictable.

Yes, some are too expensive but there are also some that have a cheap price and low minimum amount to invest. To wait for sometimes is good because possible the price is lower than ICO price.
