ICO is not Dead But it was slowly recovering!

On a small ecosystem like crypto it is very easy to create hype... just look at all the TA gurus that draw artworks on the trading graphics... look at the "death spiral" on mining, etc... we must think with our own heads...
from what I've seen, most ICOs remain scams/failures... ICO system is meant for a development stage that has already gone by... I don't see people believeing in ICO system again...

There were many scam ICO's in the past, and all investor, are careful. The developers for ICO projects, are postponing the project creation because, of the low interest in the cryptocurrency markets. When this change, we will see, a boom in the ICO's offered.

CoinTelegraph is a completely different level and the person there at the helm who knows how to properly raise his project and collect hundreds of millions on it, but the fact that the ICO die is already visible.

Yes I also agree ICOs are not dead yet and it is slowly recovering again. I read the article it says in the first half of january ICOs raised around $160  million its a good amount in the bear market but the sad part is in article also says ICO listing has continued to decline in January means losing its popularity. But I am positive gradually these all things will be all right in coming months.

Well now people start do good research before to start to invest in ico,last year a lot of project only with a whitepaper raise a lot of money.Now people undestend its not enough only the WP ,and they are very carfull before to start to inverst.

At present I don't think that might be done on a widely accepted level. Maybe everything will be different in the future. This will be interesting change to accept, but they must have a very good reason to do it.

ICO will not die, entering the ICO market must be more careful and more selective. So that we are not included in the ico skam and suffer losses like last year.

How you come up that i dont read the whole article? Thats a shallow observation just look my thread title ICO is not Dead? How can you say it was Dead when they are raised $160 Million Dollars? Declining is different from Dead as some writers are portrayed. The truth is you didnt understand the whole idea or context about my Thread. Observe critical thinking on any instances dont just judge like no tomorrow!

I believe that the Title on the Thread is very appropriate? (ICO is not dead But it was Slowly recovering! thats how i believe* ) and i do completely read the article? But dont look at it on the other side like you portrayed it seems your negativity is eating already your critical thinking? Of course, the ICO projects have not yet died, however, it cannot be said that this activity is working normally. In addition to the general poor state of the cryptocurrency market and the fall in investor activity, the level of fraud in this activity is simply critical. I agree bro,  ICO is not dead,  I see It was slowly recovering.  It will rise and more valuable at this year.  I believe the bull market will happen soon.
